A Travel+Leisure section and monthly city guide. The interior pages list recommendations under the following topics: Stay, Eat, See+Do, Shop and Local Take. Every month the opener for the section used bold and colorful full spread photographs. This clearly branded the section making it easier to find within the book.
An annual package for Travel+Leisure, America’s Favorite Cities is a survey conducted to see which US cities rank highest in terms of people, quality of life, food, shopping, and culture. The idea of awards given by category led us to the concept of prize ribbons. This visual theme is repeated throughout the package.
Trip Doctor is a traveler’s equivalent to an advice column. A recurring section in Travel+Leisure, readers submit questions about everything from hidden airline fees to which apps work best for navigating a European road trip. The format was consistent every month and tightly regimented, making it easier to parse out facts and figures from the longer form answers. Illustrations were commissioned to be bright, minimal and highly conceptual, creating a primary visual entry point for the section.
The design of Travel+Leisure’s first iPad app was meant to hold true to the crisp and luscious branding that T+L had established but use subtle amounts of interactivity. Our design team opted to keep the layouts minimal while nesting the interactive elements in brightly colored subheads and numbered calls to action.

Galerie Quynh is a small fine arts gallery devoted to featuring contemporary Vietnamese and international artists based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Catalogs, invitations, envelopes and postcards were designed to promote various exhibitions. Each invitation or catalog was created specifically for the exhibition and required direct collaboration with the artist.

A logo created for a Kenyan women’s collective specializing in beading crafts for income generation.
A Logo created for Fulbright University Vietnam, the first private, nonprofit university in Vietnam.
Lastly a logo for Calgon, where the company gives a percentage of their profits back to an environmental organization.
Women's Center Coordinator. Kopila Valley 2013-2014 Fellowship, Surkhet Nepal
This position included collaborating with organizational directors to create the overall mission, outcome goals and program timeline for the Women's Center. The creation and implementation of long term curriculum for sixty participants focusing on vocational skills (sewing and tailoring), life skills and basic Nepali and English literacy. As well as creating learning modules and daily class schedules. I managed teachers and staff, including visiting consultants, partnering organizations and their facilitators. This position also included studio management, materials purchasing and project inventory. I participated in product development and local market research. And lastly created baseline surveys and follow up for post graduation career support and development.
